ELLSWORTH INN
The Inn at Ellsworth Estate, Hailey, Idaho
Commencing September of 2024, Burks Excavation has been involved in the site work and underground infrastructure at the Ellsworth Inn in Hailey, Idaho. This job has consisted of demoing existing hardscape such as sidewalk and a tennis court, installation of new water and sewer with 13 services and three street tie-ins, asphalt prep, sidewalk prep, footing excavation, and power trench.
The site's small size in conjunction with the number of services and existing structures, has proved to be a fun challenge throughout the process, requiring our team to work closely with the general contractor to reach numerous solutions to unforeseen issues. Our portion of work at Ellsworth is to be substantially complete November 1st of 2024.
