Jerome Southside Park broke ground in June of 2023, marking the initiation of an ambitious project aimed at enhancing agricultural land into a modern recreational facility. Central to the endeavor are the creation of a premier collegiate soccer field and an accompanying auxiliary field, poised to elevate sporting experiences in the community.
The scope of the project encompasses a comprehensive array of developments, including the construction of new roads to facilitate access, the establishment of primary and auxiliary parking lots to accommodate visitors, and the provision of designated spaces for food truck vendors, catering to the diverse needs of patrons.
