Gemini Heavy Commercial Storage Facility: Twin Falls Idaho

Initiated in late spring of 2023, our project embarked upon an ambitious first phase aimed at transforming twenty acres of land into a vibrant site poised for development. This initial phase encompassed a comprehensive scope of activities, including clearing and grubbing, precise cutting and filling to establish subgrade conditions, and the meticulous installation of essential infrastructure comprising 12,500 linear feet of water, sewer, and storm drain lines.

Furthermore, our team undertook meticulous preparations for the forthcoming construction phase, laying the groundwork for the development of 131,000 square feet of building space and 183,000 square feet of concrete paving. Each step of the process was executed with precision and care, reflecting our unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.

As we progress towards the culmination of this endeavor in the spring of 2024, we remain steadfast in our dedication to delivering a finished product that not only meets but exceeds expectations. Through collaboration, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail, we are poised to unveil a transformative space that will enrich the community and stand as a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence.
